Parties and acceptance
These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using the befagency.com website (the “Site”) operated by BEF Agency. By visiting or using the Site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
Services
The Site presents BEF Agency’s social media management, digital advertising, web development, photo and video production and BEF Model services and lets you get in touch with us. Information on the Site is for general purposes only; the scope and price of any service are defined in quotes and contracts agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including logos, trademarks, text, design, graphics, photos, videos and software, belongs to BEF Agency or its licensors and is protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and Industrial Property Law No. 6769. Portfolio work is shown as a reference with the permission of the clients concerned.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our written permission.
Your obligations
When using the Site, you agree to:
- Use the Site only for lawful purposes,
- Share accurate, up-to-date information that belongs to you in forms,
- Not attempt to compromise the Site’s security, disrupt it or overload it,
- Not send content that infringes others’ rights or is misleading or harmful,
- Not collect data from the Site with automated tools without permission.

The Site may link to third-party websites and social media accounts. BEF Agency is not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any dispute. Consumers retain their right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
