Client accounts and campaign data
When we manage your social media and ad accounts, we use access only as far as the work requires. Instead of sharing passwords, we prefer the partner and permission features of each platform. Your campaign and performance data belongs to you; when our collaboration ends, our access is removed and your reports are handed over on request.
Sharing information
We share information only as far as the service requires: with our hosting, email and software providers, advertising platforms, accounting and legal advisers, and legally authorised authorities. We expect our suppliers to keep your information confidential and to process it only on our instructions.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), access control and backups to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss and misuse. However, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Third-party links

Children’s privacy
The Site and our services are not directed at people under 18. For BEF Model applications and shoots, data about minors is only processed with the consent of a parent or guardian.
