Most prices exclude VAT, and yearly costs such as the domain, hosting and maintenance start from the second year.
We compiled these ranges on 28 September 2026 from price lists published by 10 Turkish agencies and marketplaces. Below you will find what the packages include, the yearly costs with sources, and a 3-year total cost calculation for comparing quotes fairly. Euro amounts use the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye rate of 25 September 2026 (€1 ≈ TRY 55.7).
Short answer: A brochure site for a small business costs TRY 4,900–15,000, a company website TRY 15,000–42,000, and a multilingual or custom-built site starts at TRY 55,000. When comparing, look at the 3-year total including domain, hosting and maintenance renewals, not just the one-off price.

The Turkish services marketplace Armut shows quotes from TRY 3,500 to TRY 111,110 for website builds in September 2026. Online stores need a separate calculation, which we cover in our guide to starting an online store in Turkey.
What drives the price of a website?
- Number of pages: packages are usually priced at 10, 20 and 30 pages.
- Theme or custom design: a theme is quick and cheap; a custom design looks like your brand but can double the design and build time.
- Languages: each language means its own content, SEO and upkeep.
- Integrations: payments, shipping, CRM, booking systems or marketplace connections.
- Content: who writes the copy and takes the photos? Most packages expect the client to supply content.
- SEO depth: from titles and descriptions to structured data, speed work and a content plan.
- Support period: packages are priced with 3, 6 or 12 months of support.
- Domain and hosting: included for year one in some packages, not at all in others.
Yearly costs: domain, hosting, SSL and maintenance
Renewals are the item most often missed when comparing quotes. Things that are discounted or “free” in year one return to full price in year two.
| Item | Year one | Renewal |
|---|---|---|
| .com.tr domain | $1.49–1.99 (promotional) | $14.99–17.99, about TRY 730–880 + VAT |
| .com domain | $2.90–11.99 (promotional) | $19.99–21.99, about TRY 980–1,075 + VAT |
| Shared hosting | TRY 463–1,754 (promotional) | TRY 1,285–6,446 + VAT |
| SSL certificate | Free with Let’s Encrypt | Free; paid DV certificates about $15–17 a year |
| Agency renewal and maintenance package | Year one included in most packages | TRY 6,000–18,000 a year + VAT in published lists |

Do you need documents for a .com.tr domain?
No. Since the move to TRABİS on 14 September 2022, .com.tr, .net.tr and .org.tr domains are registered without documents on a first-come, first-served basis, except names on TRABİS’s protected lists (TRABİS). One important detail: for document-free registrations, the registrant details may not be changeable later (Turhost). Always register the domain in your company’s name, not the agency’s or the designer’s.
How to work out the 3-year total cost
The fairest way to compare two quotes is the 3-year total: one-off package + 2 × (domain + hosting + maintenance renewals). Example: a TRY 30,000 company site with about TRY 900 a year for the domain, TRY 2,500 for hosting and TRY 10,000 for maintenance comes to 30,000 + 2 × 13,400 = about TRY 56,800 + VAT over three years (roughly €1,020). A package that looks cheaper up front but charges more for maintenance can cost more over three years. These are example figures; ask for the renewal prices in your own quotes.

The hidden part of the price: speed and technical SEO
Two sites can look the same and perform very differently. Google measures page experience with Core Web Vitals: for 75% of visits, the largest content should load within 2.5 seconds (LCP), the page should respond to interaction within 200 milliseconds (INP), and layout shift should stay below 0.1 (CLS) (web.dev). Google says these metrics align with what its core ranking systems seek to reward (Google Search Central).
We lived this on our own site: in the first build of befagency.com’s new design, service pages took about 6 seconds to show their largest content on a slow mobile connection, and the home page downloaded 7.8 MB. The version we shipped does it in 1.3 seconds and 2.4 MB. Ask which speed target a quote commits to.

How we price websites at BEF Agency
Instead of fixed packages, we quote line by line for pages, languages, integrations and content. We always register the domain and open the hosting account in the brand’s name, and speed and technical SEO (titles, sitemap, structured data) are part of every project’s base scope. A landing page usually takes a few days and a company website 2–4 weeks. Because we shoot photos and video in our own studio, the site doesn’t depend on stock images.
